These terms govern your use of crowdamp.chat, provided by CrowdAmp Inc. ("CrowdAmp", "we"). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

The site offers a message composer, a send planner, AI drafting tasks and a checklist with guides. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Segment counts, costs and send windows are estimates. Check them against your carrier or provider before you send.

AI output

AI drafts may be wrong, off-tone or incomplete. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. You review and approve every message before it reaches anyone.

Your messages and consent

You are responsible for the messages you send, for having each recipient's consent, for honoring opt-outs and for following the laws and carrier rules that apply to you. The checklist is general good practice, not legal advice. This site does not send text messages.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam, to deceive or harass people, to break the law, to enter other people's personal data without a right to do so, or to disrupt or probe the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CrowdAmp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from messages you send or decisions you make using the site.

Early-access sign-up

Joining early access is free and optional. Your email is used only to write to you about new tools and any paid plans, which are planned and not yet on sale. Nothing is promised about their timing or price.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do.
